UBER
“Move fast and break things” may have been the motto, but as uber evolved into a mature startup prepping for an ipo, it considered its broader impact on cities, drivers, and riders.
In a 10-month consulting engagement with Uber, I led a project on the Brand Experience Team to uncover opportunities for physical experiences to make mobility safer, more efficient, and more enjoyable for riders, driver-partners, and urban residents. Perhaps more importantly, I introduced human-centered design to a team that was eager to work differently and engage in strategic problem solving for the Uber experience beyond the screen.
